Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. Who you are dealing with

AIVisible Lab is a sole trader business operated by Anton Yalyshev, based in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@aivisiblelab.com, 1710 Keller Parkway #2514, Keller, TX 76248, USA. These terms apply to the services sold on this website.

2. What we sell

An AI Visibility Audit ($249): we put ten patient-style questions to ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity — 30 answers in all — and report how often the audited practice is named, which competitors are named instead, which sources those answers drew on, and a prioritized list of changes. Optionally, an implementation service ($499 flat), where we carry out those changes ourselves.

Payment and invoicing are handled by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record. Gumroad's own terms apply to the payment transaction.

3. Delivery

We deliver the audit report by email within 48 hours of payment. If we cannot meet that, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Refunds

If the report doesn't teach you anything you didn't already know, reply within 14 days of delivery and we refund in full. No forms and no explanation required — replying to the delivery email is enough. This sits alongside, and does not reduce, any statutory right you may have as a consumer.

5. What we can and cannot promise

6. Your side of it

You confirm that you are ordering for a business you own or are authorised to act for, and that any information you give us is accurate. For the implementation service, you confirm you may grant us the access needed to do the work.

7. Intellectual property

The report is yours to use inside your business however you like, including sharing it with your own staff or web contractor. We keep the copyright in our report templates, methodology and software. Please don't resell or publish the report as a product of your own.

8. Liability

Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death and personal injury.

9. Cancellation and suspension

You can cancel an order before delivery for a full refund. We may decline or refund an order if we cannot perform the audit properly — for example, if the business is outside the scope we can measure — and we will say so rather than deliver something worthless.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence. We would much rather sort any problem out by email first — write to contact@aivisiblelab.com.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
