AIVisible Lab is a sole trader business operated by Anton Yalyshev, based in the Netherlands. We sell AI search visibility audits to local practices. For the personal data described below we are the data controller.

We never receive your card details. Payments run through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. We see only that an order was paid.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no third-party trackers, advertising pixels or embedded scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not track you across sites. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data (including IP address) for security and to serve the page.
We use a small number of service providers, who act on our instructions:

Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or send it elsewhere in a portable form. You can object to our outreach at any time and we will stop — no reason needed. Write to contact@aivisiblelab.com or simply reply to any email from us; we action requests within three business days and never charge for them.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the authority in your own country.
Our service is sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes affecting customers are announced by email.
